I had to set up a new account for youtube. When google plus first went live, for some reason they decided it would be best to publish my email address by default. They don't do that now, but the damage was done.
Technically my channel under Deathaxe is still active, even though I closed the google plus etc from my main account. I think I can still use it but unsure. It took me quite a wile to transfer my subscriptions over. makes it easier though with the new account, as I didn't choose two step verification this time, so I can use apps on devices without messing around.
